How do I book a campaign?
Contact wendy.pham@monkhr.com with your desired package and start date. We can pre-schedule multiple campaigns in advance to secure your calendar slots.
How do I make a payment & will I receive an invoice?
We accept wire transfers, Bank Cards, PayPal, and Wise. You will receive a formal invoice immediately after confirming your package with an account manager.
Can I change the date of a booked campaign?
Yes, you may reschedule your campaign up to 10 days before the scheduled start date.

Can we use our own email address to send to your contacts?
No, campaigns are not sent from the client’s own email address. All campaigns are sent through our internal publishing system from Emma Payne, Editorial Director at HR&M Media, which helps maintain consistency, trust, and delivery standards.
Can we send from our company domain instead?
No, campaigns are deployed through HR&M Media’s sending infrastructure and publishing process. This ensures quality control and smoother campaign execution.
Can we use UTM links / Google Analytics tracking?
Yes, UTM tracking links can usually be added if required. We simply recommend keeping links clean and optimized for best performance.
Can we approve the email before it sends?
Yes, absolutely. We always send a test version for approval before deployment.
Can we change links after approval?
Usually yes, if requested before final deployment timing. We recommend confirming all links during test approval stage.
Can we include multiple links or different content within one email?
Yes, although we often recommend a clear primary call-to-action for best response rates.
How many opens or clicks will we get?
That depends on several factors such as: the offer itself, subject line, creative quality, landing page, audience relevance, time of year, time of send, and market demand. No professional media company should guarantee fixed lead numbers, as results depend on many factors such as the offer, content, timing, audience fit, and landing page performance. What we focus on is strong targeting, visibility, and high-quality campaign execution. We also care strongly about return on investment for our clients. If a campaign performs below our average expectations, we always look for a fair solution — for example, an additional resend to non-openers or another value-add option where appropriate. Because every campaign is different, we never want to overpromise exact numbers. What we can say is that we regularly help clients generate strong registration volumes for webinars and events, solid report or whitepaper downloads, and quality engagement when the offer is strong.
