How do I book campaign?
Email wendy.pham@monkhr.com with the number of campaigns you wish to purchase and the start date for your first campaign. If you have multiple campaigns, you may also pre-select future dates in advance.
How do i make payment?
You can pay by wire transfer, Bank Card , Paypal & Wise .
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes you will receive an invoice once you confirm a pack with your account manager
Can i choose dates for my campaigns?
Yes, you can pre select dates for your campaigns in advance, just contact your account manager to confirm the dates
Do you offer any discounted offer if we purchase more than one campaign?

What are the next steps once I confirm a campaign?
STEP 1 : GO TO UPLOAD YOUR CONTENT
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR CONTENT, Word and HTML documents are allowed.
please ensure that your previous opt-out text and company footer are removed, as we do not accept social media widgets.
STEP 3: YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF YOUR EMAIL FOR APPROVAL.
STEP 4: UPON APPROVAL, YOUR CAMPAIGN WILL BE SENT AT THE TIME AND DATE YOU INDICATED.

Can i change the date of a campaign?
If you've booked a date with your account manager, you may change the date up to 10 days before the start of your campaign.
